The only voice actor I know in real life can only scream and make high-pitched noises and is strapped to a wheelchair, unfortunately. The video's more poetic than anything, so try and see if you can find the subtle nuances in it. It reflects how freedom can only be short-lived and not expressed to its full potential. As Mr. Henderson limps around, visiting different locations, his intentions are not welcomed by all of society, and some feel the need to perhaps prohibit his very motives.
